Western Research Kitchens
A subsidiary of Lee & Associates, Inc., Western Research Kitchens was formed in 1950 to provide a unique service to the food and related products industries. This service provides clients with a comprehensive public relations approach covering all phases of communication to the public at large.
Over the years, we have developed a valuable rapport with food editors and food writers throughout the entire country. We are in contact with these influential people daily. We have a top-level staff of professional home economists and chefs who develop, test and refine recipes for a great range of clientele. We are also restaurant consultants and can provide in-store training and conduct food seminars, closely integrating the public relations, advertising, merchandising and sales programs for our clients.

They shared highlights of their agency's 55-year history of promoting food and beverage clients, including their oldest account, Mrs. Cubbison's Dressing products.
